About Kimberly Bishop

Most recently, Kim served as Vice Chair and Board Director of SlaytonSearch Partners/Boardroom Consultants. Prior to that, she worked asManaging Director at Korn/Ferry International. In both roles, shespecialized in the recruitment, assessment, and selection of seniorexecutives and board directors for public and private organizationsglobally. Previously, she was Executive Vice President at First DataCorporation, where she rose from an entry level position to become theyoungest person to serve on the company's leadership team, overseeingits $2 billion card division and 8,000 employees.

Kim received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications anda Master of Arts in Leadership, both from Bellevue University.
